About This Role
We are seeking a skilled Business Partner to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in driving positive employee experience outcomes and enabling sustainable business performance.
Your primary responsibilities will include partnering with our leadership team to develop and implement strategic HR initiatives that support our People and Culture Strategic Plan. You will also be responsible for evolving our ways of working and delivering programs that drive business results.
To succeed in this role, you must possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to consult and influence people and business outcomes. A sound critical thinking and problem-solving approach is essential, as well as a demonstrated ability to develop and implement HR initiatives aligned to broader business objectives.
Key Requirements
- Ability to work at both a strategic and operational level, balancing day-to-day matters with long-term goals.
- Proven expertise in HR consulting and partnership, with a focus on trust, transparency, and consistency of advice.
- Strong understanding of relevant HR legislation, including EEO and Industrial Relations.
- Able to develop and implement programs that drive business results and improve employee engagement.
