Human Resources Generalist Role

This is a vital position in our organization, requiring an experienced professional to oversee human resource practices. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert advice and administration services to ensure compliance with policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, implement, and evaluate employee relations and injury management strategies.
  • Ensure adherence to HR policies, procedures, and practices.
  • Provide support to staff and management on workplace agreements, awards, and employment conditions.
  • Prepare employment contracts and position descriptions.
  • Manage timely payroll processing and superannuation obligations.
  • Maintain accurate records of workplace incidents and manage workers compensation claims.
  • Support rehabilitation and return-to-work coordinators for managed workers.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
