Work Health and Safety Administrator Role

The role of a Work Health and Safety Administrator involves providing administrative support to ensure the effective implementation of WHS systems and documentation.

Responsibilities

This role will involve:

  • Supporting the administration and implementation of our WHS System and documentation.
  • Assisting the safety team with monitoring, managing, and supporting routine safety activities.
  • Developing and supporting WHS improvement programs and rollouts.
  • Preparing regular and ad hoc reporting for stakeholders.

Requirements

To be successful, you will need:

  • A minimum of 1 year experience in WHS or a similar field.
  • Knowledge of Australian WHS/OHS laws, both nationally and by state.
  • Experience using WHS reporting systems and developing reports for stakeholders.
  • Excellent attention to detail and experience preparing regular and ad hoc reporting.

Qualifications

A Certificate IV or above qualifications in WHS or another business discipline is preferred but not essential. What is essential is a passion for WHS and a commitment to delivering excellent results.
