Job Title: Senior Leader of Employee Experience
Role Summary:
As a Senior Leader of Employee Experience, you will oversee the delivery of strategic human resources initiatives focusing on employee engagement, communication, change management, event management, and intranet governance. You will lead the Employee Experience team to develop and execute comprehensive whole-of-department events, communication strategies, and workforce change management initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a diverse team of communication and change management professionals, comprising graphic design, employee engagement, internal communication, and event management specialists.
- Proactively manage staff performance, including coaching, development, workplace health, safety, and wellbeing while exemplifying ethical behavior and decision-making.
- Maintain effective relationships with senior leadership teams, departmental officers, and external stakeholders.
- Contribute to the organization's strategic objectives and priorities, providing expert advice in employee engagement and change management.
Requirements:
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Knowledge of human resources principles and practices.
