
Employee Experience Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Employee Experience Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will lead the development and implementation of key initiatives across the full employee experience, including performance management, leadership development, employee engagement, talent management, and remuneration and benefits.
This role requires strong influencing skills, the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization, and proven experience in leading projects and leveraging change management models. Additionally, the ideal candidate will have extensive experience in talent management frameworks, significant experience or certifications in leadership development facilitation, and a deep understanding of learning and development and strategic sourcing strategies.
The Employee Experience Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing a talent management and succession framework, creating an internal leadership development framework, establishing a clear performance management life cycle framework, enhancing the employer brand and employee value proposition, designing and developing a remuneration framework, leading employee engagement initiatives, forecasting and managing learning and development and recruitment budgets, and building and maintaining relationships with external recruitment agencies, sourcing platforms, and learning and development providers.
The ideal candidate will possess a tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Australian citizenship or residency, and a commitment to excellence and continuous improvement. We are an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusion.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Able to assess a broad range of requirements across different business units and create consistent and adaptable learning solutions.
- Strong influencing skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Proven ability to coach and mentor senior leaders and managers.
- Proven experience in leading projects and leveraging change management models.
- Extensive experience in talent management frameworks.
- Experience in negotiating contracts with external parties.
- Significant experience or certifications in leadership development facilitation.
- Deep understanding of learning and development and strategic sourcing strategies.
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources.
