  • Bachelor's degree in HR, business management or equivalent leadership experience is required.
  • Passionate about people and skilled at building and nurturing workplace culture.
  • Able to thrive in fast-paced environments and lead large teams (aviation experience is beneficial).

Foster a collaborative work environment with up to 6 direct reports and around 600 airport-based team members under your guidance.

Navigate complex relationships, manage cases, and stay updated on workplace legislation and processes.

Collaborate effectively, bring resilience to the table, and maintain a level head even when things get busy.
