Strategic People Leader

The ideal candidate will lead boldly, backed by world-class systems and a highly collaborative HR network, driving impact, growth, and shaping the future of employee experience every day.

This key role requires a People & Culture professional to develop and implement strategies that foster a culture of care, inclusion, and continuous improvement, embedding these values within organisational operations.

A successful candidate will have expertise in designing and implementing initiatives that enhance employee engagement, retention, and development, as well as managing and analysing HR metrics and data to inform business decisions.

This position works closely with senior leadership to align HR strategy with business objectives, ensuring a cohesive and effective approach to talent management, diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Key responsibilities include developing and implementing organisational-wide initiatives to drive employee engagement and retention, enhancing the overall employee experience and fostering a positive work environment.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for managing and analysing HR metrics and data, providing insights and recommendations to inform business decisions and drive strategic growth.

In addition, this role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effectiveness in achieving organisational goals.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

A background in HR or a related field is essential, with significant experience in people management and development.

The successful candidate will be results-driven, with a proven track record of delivering high-impact results in previous roles.
