Employee Experience Manager

This is a key role in our People & Development Consulting Team. As an Employee Experience Manager, you will play a vital part in creating positive experiences for employees through effective business partnering.

Your primary objective will be to engage stakeholders and drive business outcomes while influencing strategic goals.

  • You will support the diagnosis of people issues and recommend solutions to Partners and leaders.
  • You will lead strategic projects and coach junior team members to achieve objectives.
  • You will develop and deliver people strategy and initiatives.
  • You will support leaders through annual performance, talent, and remuneration activities.
  • You will drive and implement change initiatives aligned with firm strategy.
  • You will develop initiatives to drive employee engagement, retention, and talent development.
  • You will collaborate with other departments across the firm.

This is a full-time opportunity with flexible working arrangements available. Our hybrid model allows for 60% work time in the office, providing a balance between work and personal life.

About you:

  • You have experience in a similar business partnering role, preferably in a professional services organisation or complex organisation.
  • You have strong partnering and collaboration skills, with experience driving change.
  • You are flexible, proactive, and willing to take ownership.
  • You have a highly consultative approach with exceptional stakeholder engagement capabilities.
  • You can coach and influence senior leaders.
  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • You can establish a professional profile and internal networks.
