Senior People & Culture Consultant
This is a senior role that involves supporting managers and employees across the full employee lifecycle.
About the Role
The position involves acting as a trusted advisor on employee relations, performance management, policy, and compliance.
You will also take ownership of cyclical people processes within your regions, ensuring they run smoothly.
Responsibilities
Support managers and employees across Victoria and Queensland.
Some international involvement with smaller offices in Singapore and Abu Dhabi.
Cover employee relations, performance management, recruitment, and P&C processes.
Act as a business partner to support organisational objectives.
Requirements
7-10 years' experience in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of Australian employment laws.
Experience supporting work health and safety initiatives.
A solutions-focused approach with commercial awareness.
What We're Looking For
A degree in Human Resources or a related field.
Commercial awareness balancing business needs with people outcomes.
Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-focused mindset.
