We are seeking a sharp professional to help us grow our affiliate and influencer partnerships in Australia and beyond.
About You
You have experience in affiliate or influencer programs, with a talent for finding the right partners and closing deals. Your skills include automation, system-building, and content creation that resonates with pet enthusiasts.
Your Role
As our Partner Development Lead, you will be responsible for building and scaling our partner ecosystem:
- Sourcing and partnering with creators, influencers, and subject matter experts.
- Designing outreach strategies, incentives, and onboarding flows that drive results.
- Building systems to track, reward, and scale partnerships effectively.
- Collaborating across teams to turn partners into growth drivers.
- Measuring what works, doubling down on successes, and adjusting strategies as needed.
Key Qualifications
You will need strong communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
