About the Role

Anton Murray Consulting is seeking a Senior Fund Accountant to join their team in Sydney. The ideal candidate will have over four years' experience in fund accounting and unit pricing, alongside knowledge of tax services and prior reviewing/oversight responsibilities.

This is a permanent opportunity with a leading multinational financial institution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Verify and review the work of Fund Accountants, ensuring quality and accuracy, as well as having direct client contact as they are responsible for the delivery of Client reports in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Contribute to building and sustaining client relationships by supporting the efforts of the Account Managers, Client Service Managers and the broader team.
  • Resolve client and or interdepartmental issues and ad hoc queries.
Critical Skills and Qualifications
  • Unit pricing reports.
  • Statutory reporting.
  • Accounting reports.
  • Tax reports and administrative services.
About You

You will have:

  • Broad experience in unit pricing, regulatory & statutory reporting, tax reporting, valuation and accounting, distributions or taxable income calculations, tax returns, and supporting and mentoring more junior members of staff.
  • Systems experience: Hi-Portfolio, PControl unit pricing system, MS Office Suite.

What We Offer

The estimated salary for this role is AU$85,000 - AU$110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
