About the Role

The Cotton On Group is seeking a highly skilled Loyalty Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for delivering a lifecycle marketing plan to identify strategies and tactics to optimize performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement marketing plans to suit different regions and customer segments
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to manage campaigns end-to-end
  • Manage and onboard the customer experience to ensure repeat shoppers
  • Utilize data to inform future customer growth and program development
Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience working in a similar Loyalty Specialist role or extensive experience in a Loyalty Coordinator position
  • Relevant degree or qualification in marketing or a related field
  • Experience working with loyalty programs, specifically tiered programs
  • Proven experience in delivering marketing campaigns within a global retailer
  • Solid project management skills with the ability to manage multiple marketing campaigns
