About the Role

The Cotton On Group is seeking a highly skilled Loyalty Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for delivering a lifecycle marketing plan to identify strategies and tactics to optimize performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement marketing plans to suit different regions, working closely with the Loyalty Manager
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to manage campaigns end-to-end
  • Manage and onboard the customer experience to ensure repeat shoppers
  • Drive a deeper connection with customers through our app channel
Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience working in a similar Loyalty Specialist role or extensive experience in a Loyalty Coordinator position
  • Degree/qualification in a relevant field, such as Marketing
  • Experience working with loyalty programs, specifically tiered programs
  • Proven experience in delivering marketing campaigns within a global retailer
  • Solid project management skills with the ability to manage multiple marketing campaigns
  • Passion for utilizing data to drive customer growth
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate and influence key stakeholders and team members
