- Collaborate with key stakeholders to manage campaigns end-to-end

- Demonstrated experience working in a similar Loyalty Specialist role or extensive experience in a Loyalty Coordinator position
- Relevant degree or qualification in marketing or a related field
- Experience working with loyalty programs, specifically tiered programs
- Proven experience in delivering marketing campaigns within a global retailer
- Solid project management skills with the ability to manage multiple marketing campaigns
