About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Loyalty Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our loyalty program, you will be responsible for delivering a lifecycle marketing plan to identify strategies and tactics to optimize performance. You will work closely with the Loyalty Manager to create marketing plans that suit different regions and collaborate with key stakeholders to manage campaigns end-to-end.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a lifecycle marketing plan to optimize loyalty program performance
- Collaborate with the Loyalty Manager to create marketing plans for different regions
- Manage campaigns end-to-end, including project management and stakeholder communication
- Work with key stakeholders to identify and implement strategies to improve customer engagement and retention
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance to inform future marketing strategies
- Demonstrated experience working in a similar Loyalty Specialist role or extensive experience in a Loyalty Coordinator position
- Degree or qualification in a relevant field, such as marketing
- Experience working with loyalty programs, specifically tiered programs
- Proven experience in delivering marketing campaigns within a global retailer
- Solid project management skills with the ability to manage multiple marketing campaigns
- A passion for utilizing data to inform future customer growth
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate and influence key stakeholders and team members
