About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and innovative Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team on a 12-month contract. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for coordinating digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including search engine marketing, search engine optimization, and email marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and customer engagement
- Collaborate with the eCommerce team and internal stakeholders to deliver innovative digital solutions
- Manage the calendar of marketing campaign activity and ensure timely execution
- Support the Digital Marketing Manager in managing day-to-day operations and relationships with producers and web developers
- Lead the Digital Coordinators to success and provide guidance and support as needed
Requirements
- Strong experience in digital marketing and/or international digital marketing experience
- Ability to use content management systems and email marketing platforms
- Understanding of basic technology underpinning platforms
- Proven ability to develop predictive models (highly regarded)
- Experience in leading a team and building collaborative working relationships
- Able to plan, organize, schedule, and project manage in an efficient way
