Administrative Operations Coordinator

As a Senior Administrative Officer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the School's priorities are achieved. This involves coordinating domestic and international selection for our courses, providing timely advice and support to prospective and current students and staff, and working collaboratively with relevant teams.
This is a Hybrid working model position, with a balance of on-campus and remote work. You will work from Deakin's Geelong Waurn Ponds Campus and from your own home, with flexibility to negotiate according to your circumstances and the needs of the team.
Your Key Responsibilities Include:
- Coordinate domestic and international course selection, using multiple systems to assess and process applications and coordinate selection interviews.
- Collaborate with School and University teams to coordinate School webinars and the School's awards process.
- Assist with clinical placements, ensuring compliance with placement agreements and regulatory requirements.
- Manage student data, ensuring accuracy and up-to-dateness at all times.
- Build productive relationships with stakeholders and maintain positive relationships.
- Present information clearly, concisely, and tailored to key messages.
To be Successful:
- Hold a Degree, or equivalent combination of experience and education/training.
- Experience in administration, with a focus on complex structures, policies, and procedures.
- Ability to work in a high-pressure environment, with diverse stakeholder interactions.
- Experience providing services and support in a large organisation.
