Salary: AU$75,000 - AU$90,000 per annum

This role offers a Hybrid working model, with the opportunity to work from our Geelong Waurn Ponds Campus or remotely. As a Senior Administrative Officer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the School's priorities are achieved.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized individual to coordinate the domestic and international selection of our courses. This includes using multiple systems to assess and process applications, coordinating selection interviews, and providing accurate and timely advice to students and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the domestic and international selection of our courses and provide accurate and timely advice to students and staff.
  • Collaborate with relevant School and University teams to coordinate School webinars and the School's awards process.
  • Assist with clinical placements for our courses, including managing placement data, agreements, and compliance requirements.
  • Manage the School's student data and ensure information is up-to-date and accurate at all times.
  • Build productive relationships with diverse stakeholders and maintain positive relationships.
  • Present information in a clear, structured, concise, and tailored way by focusing on key messages.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Completion of a Degree without subsequent relevant work experience; or
  • An equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training
  • Experience in administration and related activities in a large organization with complex administrative structures, policies, and procedures.
  • Experience operating in a high-pressure diverse environment, involving face-to-face, phone, and written issues.
  • Experience providing services and support in a large organization.
