
Administrative Coordinator

Job Opportunity:
">You will play a key role in our organization by providing an efficient and effective administrative support function for the fleet department. Your main responsibility will be to ensure that every customer experiences exceptional service from initial contact to delivery of their vehicle.
">Key Responsibilities:
">- ">
- Ensuring 100% accuracy of all administration relating to vehicles, including raising invoices, taxing vehicles, and updating manufacturer systems.">
- Processing all documentation accurately and efficiently, ensuring all parts of the sales process are completed.">
- Supporting and chasing progress on all aspects of fleet sales to ensure prompt delivery of vehicles, keeping relevant team members informed.">
- Contributing to the department's housekeeping and audit processes, ensuring information and customer details are up-to-date and used correctly.">
- Collaborating with accounts and management to prepare sales reports.">
- Ensuring correct costs, including bonuses, are allocated to the correct vehicles.">
Qualifications and Skills:
">- ">
- Previous experience in administration and/or sales administration is required. Experience in the motor industry in an administrative capacity is desirable but not essential.">
- A customer-centric attitude, always striving to deliver exceptional service above expectations.">
- Excellent numeracy and literacy skills.">
- Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to work, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.">
- Energy and enthusiasm, with strong verbal and written communication skills.">
