
Administrative Support Specialist

The Administrative Support Officer is responsible for ensuring all administrative tasks are carried out in an efficient and effective manner.
This includes:
- Weekly timesheet/payroll management coordination
- Invoice and purchase order requirements handling
- Contractor qualification administration
- Site access and financial reporting services
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all invoice and purchase order requirements with a 3-way match process
- Handle payroll and payroll queries efficiently
- Provide administrative support to the operations manager team
- Conduct site inductions
- Assist transport with compliance for driver's fatigue management, checking logbooks
About You
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with invoicing and purchase orders
- Intermediate computer skills with a strong focus on excel skills
- Computer literate in Microsoft Office suite, plus related ERP systems for material management or similar
- Relevant qualifications or experience to perform the role requirements
- Demonstrated administrative work experience and a willingness to learn
