Position Summary: We are looking for a motivated and driven Product Specialist to join our sales team. This role is essential for promoting our cutting-edge range of Orthopaedic products within the Sydney South Territory. The ideal candidate will possess a strong passion for sales and a commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies for key accounts in collaboration with Business Unit Directors and Marketing teams.
  • Implement agreed-upon sales tactics effectively.
  • Prepare comprehensive customer proposals, including sales contracts, pricing agreements, and consignments.
  • Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Identify new sales opportunities while nurturing existing client relationships.
  • Assist in surgical cases and facilitate product trials.
  • Engage with senior executives and key decision-makers.
  • Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.

Qualifications:

  • High energy, motivation, and a strong drive for success.
  • Exceptional time management and prioritization skills.
  • A minimum of 2 years of proven success in Medical Device Sales, particularly in the Operating Theatre environment (preferred).
  • Tenacity and a focus on achieving set goals.
