Our Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Executive Administrator to join our Office Operations team in Melbourne, working part-time (four days a week). As a Legal Practice Administration Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day management of our high-performing practice groups.

This is a varied and challenging role that requires strong leadership skills, commercial acumen, and the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders. You will be responsible for:

  • Leading and managing a support team,
  • Monitoring and improving the quality and consistency of service provided to legal teams,
  • Managing the allocation of work and utilisation of administrative support to support client delivery activities; and
  • Overseeing and administering central group processes to support the group's operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a sizeable team of people,
  • Develop and implement operational management plans,
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to achieve business objectives,
  • Manage budgets and resources effectively,
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal clients.
About the Role

This is a permanent contract position, offering a competitive salary and benefits package, including 26 weeks paid parental leave, a holistic wellbeing fund, and a home office allowance.
