We are currently seeking highly skilled professionals to join our team at the APS4 level.

The ideal candidate must have excellent attention to detail and strong written and verbal communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inbox management and efficient task allocation.
  • Maintaining accurate spreadsheets for data analysis.
  • Liaising with internal stakeholders to achieve organisational goals.
  • Providing high-quality administrative advice and support via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Drafting and reviewing internal and external communications to ensure clarity and consistency.
  • Coordinating meetings with stakeholders and planning event logistics.

Key Capabilities:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using contemporary computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Relevant customer service experience.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Able to undergo a pre-employment National Police Check.
