About the Role

The APS4 Scheme Debt Finance Officer at Randstad is a vital team-based position that focuses on the management of financial operations within specific parameters. This position involves providing operational and administrative support, guided by a solid understanding of relevant areas. You will engage in research and analysis activities as needed, with a significant aspect of the role involving considerable interaction with internal and external stakeholders, requiring effective communication and advice to resolve moderately complex inquiries.

Key Responsibilities

The key responsibilities of the APS4 Scheme Debt Finance Officer include:

  • Managing the Scheme Debt Register, focusing on system-cancelled debts and unrecovered debts.
  • Supporting Debt Recovery Processes: Collaborate with business areas, providers, and participants regarding payment arrangements, debt write-offs, and waivers.
  • Preparation of Invoices: Assist in preparing invoices, including cancellations of payment requests where required.
  • Contribution to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs): Provide input into the development of SOPs for the team, including process mapping.
  • Data Extraction and Analysis: Extract and analyze data from SAP/PSCD and other systems for management reporting.
  • Query Support: Assist with queries related to pending SAP/PSCD payments and bank account issues.
  • Supporting Project Initiatives: Collaborate with key stakeholders within the team and across the organisation to support project initiatives.
