Enhance Cyber Resilience of Small Businesses as a Cyber Security Support Specialist

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated individual with a passion for cyber security to provide critical support and solutions to our clients. As a Cyber Security Support Specialist at Flexhive, you will play a pivotal role in helping small businesses navigate and mitigate cyber risks.

About the Role:

  • Deliver exceptional phone-based support to clients, engaging professionally and empathetically to address their concerns.
  • Maintain technical proficiency in cyber security across diverse technologies and operating systems to provide effective assistance.
  • Evaluate cyber resilience maturity and risks, referring complex cases to specialists when necessary.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain an excellent understanding of application security configurations and features across diverse email and browser applications as well as social media accounts.
  2. Work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team, leveraging your analytical and problem-solving abilities to drive results.
  3. Provide hands-on assistance to improve clients' technical resilience across various devices and operating systems.

Requirements:

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including calm and professional engagement with clients under stress.
  • Empathetic, conflict management, and resolution skills to build strong relationships with clients.
  • A suitable qualification or a strong passion for cyber security, coupled with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • A current Working with Children Check and National Police Check, required for successful candidates.
