Key Responsibilities:

As a Cyber Security Support Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Hands-on assistance to improve clients' technical resilience across various devices and operating systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address complex technical issues.

Requirements:

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including engaging people calmly and professionally who are under severe stress.
  • Empathetic, conflict management, and resolution skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Ability to develop and maintain an excellent understanding of application security configurations and features across diverse email and browser applications as well as social media accounts.

Compensation:

The estimated salary for this position is $25-30 per hour, inclusive of mandatory 25% casual loading.

Working Conditions:

This is a flexible part-time or full-time role, working between Monday to Friday, 7 am to 7 pm, and Saturday, 9 am to 12 pm AEST. Anticipated hours: 16-20 hours per week, with potential fluctuations due to business needs or exam periods.

Training and Development:

Flexhive provides comprehensive training over 6 weeks to ensure you have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in this role.
