Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager to drive our demand generation, content marketing, and go-to-market strategies.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fintech and payments, with 3-7 years of experience in B2B marketing. They will be responsible for developing and executing campaigns to increase awareness, engagement, and conversion among enterprises, merchants, and financial institutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Demand Generation & Lead Nurturing: Develop and execute B2B marketing campaigns to drive awareness, engagement, and conversion among target audiences.
  • Content & Thought Leadership: Create compelling whitepapers, case studies, blogs, and webinars that position us as an industry leader in payments.
  • Partner & Channel Marketing: Collaborate with partners and channel networks to drive co-marketing initiatives.
  • Sales Enablement Support: Provide sales teams with localised materials and training on marketing campaigns and product messaging.
  • Product Marketing: Develop value propositions, messaging, and sales enablement materials to support go-to-market initiatives for our payment solutions.
  • Account-Based Marketing (ABM): Partner with sales to implement targeted ABM strategies for key enterprise accounts.
  • Event & Conference Strategy: Plan and manage participation in industry events focused on fintech and payments to expand reach and generate leads.
  • Performance & Analytics: Track and optimise campaign performance using data-driven insights to maximise ROI.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 3-7 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in fintech, payments, or SaaS.
  • Proven expertise in demand generation, content marketing, and ABM strategies.
  • Strong knowledge of the travel and/or payments ecosystem, including PSPs, acquiring banks, and enterprise payment solutions.
  • Marketing 'all-rounder' and self-starter who is comfortable executing these initiatives themselves.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools (HubSpot preferably) and CRM systems.
  • Excellent storytelling and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex payment concepts into compelling marketing materials.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience analysing campaign performance and optimising based on insights.
  • Experience managing co-marketing initiatives and partnerships within the fintech/payments space is a plus.
