About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Business Development Representative to join our team. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and converting small to medium-sized businesses into active merchants.

Responsibilities:
  • New Business Sales: Prospect and acquire new clients via cold calling, field sales, door-to-door, and networking
  • Lead Generation & Conversion: Execute outreach strategies to create a pipeline of high-potential merchants
  • End-to-End Sales Process: Own the full sales cycle — from prospecting, pitching, objection handling to closing deals
  • Client Onboarding & Support: Ensure a seamless onboarding experience, troubleshoot early-stage issues, and provide merchant support
  • Account Management: Build long-term merchant relationships, drive upsells and product adoption
Requirements:
  • Sales-Driven: Proven experience in B2B sales, field sales, door-to-door sales, merchant services, or payments
  • Results-Oriented: You thrive in a target-driven environment and consistently exceed KPIs
