Fintech Sales Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Fintech Sales Expert to utilize their in-depth product knowledge and support sales staff. As a key member of our team, you will uncover requirements and recommend solutions to help drive business growth.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned sales professional with experience in fintech. You will be responsible for working closely with internal stakeholders to define emerging propositions and create compelling product presentations.
You will identify functionality gaps with sales representatives and prospects, leveraging your expertise in card program management, chargeback, fraud prevention, and mobile and instant payments. Your client-focused approach and ability to partner with senior management will be essential in driving success.
Your strong background in fintech, coupled with your understanding of competitors' products and services, will enable you to provide valuable insights and recommendations to our sales team.
Key Responsibilities- Support sales representatives in identifying customer needs and preferences.
- Create and maintain product presentations that showcase our innovative fintech solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop emerging propositions and drive business growth.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in fintech.
- Strong understanding of card program management, chargeback, fraud prevention, and mobile and instant payments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
