Digital Growth Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Growth Strategist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving customer acquisition through the development and execution of high-impact growth campaigns.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of balancing funnel, channel, and media mix to meet growth targets across lending and everyday banking. They will also collaborate with brand, performance, and studio teams to deliver best-in-class creative and media plans.
A key aspect of this role is optimizing customer journeys from first impression to conversion to boost engagement and retention. The Digital Growth Strategist will run growth experiments across channels and creative formats, turning insights into action. They will also use data to identify opportunities and lead cross-functional initiatives to improve funnel performance.
Key qualifications include a minimum 3 years' experience developing and managing campaigns, ideally within challenger brands, fintech, or retail. Hands-on expertise building and executing growth strategies across paid and organic channels is essential. Experience in, or strong appetite for, startup or scale-up environments is also required. Confident planning and execution of a broad mix of ATL, BTL, and TTL campaigns across diverse channels is necessary.
The ideal candidate will be deeply customer-centric, believing marketing isn't done until it meets real customer needs and fosters lasting, high-quality relationships.
