About the team:

The International Emerging Stores Payments (IESP) team is responsible for delivering seamless payment experiences in emerging countries. This involves partnering with local retail networks, expanding access to payment methods, and simplifying payment processes.

Critical Skills and Qualifications

  • At least 10 years of experience in business development, partnership management, or sourcing new business opportunities.
  • 7+ years of developing, negotiating, and executing business agreements.
  • Proven track record of managing P&L and leading high-performing teams.
  • Strong presentation skills and ability to operate effectively in an ambiguous environment.
