Job Opportunity:

CBRE is seeking a Senior Guest Relations Associate to join our team in a fast-paced corporate guest services environment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing guest arrivals, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage guest arrivals and lobby hosting to ensure a seamless arrival experience
  • Provide assistance and support to the Reception and Switchboard teams, including complaint handling and feedback management
  • Rotate across locations as required and oversee the day-to-day functions
  • Coordinate same-day catering, audio-visual, and equipment requirements
  • Manage MRBS, including booking, cancellations, and amendments to bookings
  • Support the Guest Relations Executive with performance reviews and ensuring set objectives are met
  • Manage workspace and ensure operational standards are maintained and improved
  • Assist with administrative duties and project work as required
About You:

We are looking for a charismatic and empathetic individual who embodies the values of our company. You will be an approachable, genuine, and skilled individual with excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach. Previous experience in a corporate reception, five-star hotel, or premium services environment is highly regarded.
