About the Role

As a Guest Relations-Front Office professional, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. Your role will involve providing exceptional customer service, managing front-of-house activities, and ensuring a seamless experience for all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients and visitors
  • Manage front-of-house activities, including reception and concierge services
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless experience for clients and visitors
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
