Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Guest Experience Expert to join our team at Sheraton Grand Sydney Hyde Park. As a key member of our Rooms & Guest Services Operations team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring seamless interactions throughout their stay.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process operational needs and address guest requests in a timely and professional manner
  • Complete reports and share highlights of the local area with guests
  • Empower guests to move about their space and take the initiative to deliver a wide range of services
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a safe and welcoming work environment
  • Uphold quality standards and maintain confidentiality

Requirements

  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
  • No related work experience required
  • No supervisory experience required
  • License or certification not required
