Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Guest Relations Officer to join our team at Marriott International. As a key member of our Executive Lounge team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their stay with us is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare the Executive Lounge for service, ensuring a warm and welcoming environment for our guests.
  • Greet guests upon arrival and bid farewell upon departure, providing a personalized and attentive service.
  • Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Monitor and replenish food and beverage items, ensuring a seamless service experience.
  • Complete daily food and beverage requisitions, ensuring timely delivery and accuracy.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the Executive Lounge, including temperature, lighting, and music.
  • Clear and sanitize tables and chairs, ensuring a clean and hygienic environment.
  • Communicate VIP arrivals to designated personnel, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience.

Requirements

  • A warm and welcoming demeanor, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in the hospitality industry, with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and motivation.
  • Ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 10-15kg, with a high level of physical stamina.
  • Able to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
