Key Responsibilities

  • Provide warm and welcoming service to guests, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the Executive Lounge, including maintaining a clean and organized environment.
  • Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and exceed guest expectations.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on Marriott International's policies and procedures.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 10-15kg.
