Guest Relations Officer

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Guest Relations Officer to join our team at Marriott International. As a key member of our Executive Lounge team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our guests have an unforgettable experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare the Executive Lounge for service, ensuring that all areas are clean and well-stocked.
- Greet guests warmly and bid them farewell, providing a personalized and welcoming experience.
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Monitor and replenish food and beverage items, ensuring that guests have a seamless experience.
- Complete daily tasks, including restocking and sanitizing the lounge area.
- Maintain a positive and professional relationship with colleagues and external vendors.
- Abide by NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol guidelines when serving guests.
- Provide exceptional service to each guest, responding to their needs and preferences.
- Inspect and maintain the overall cleanliness and appearance of the Executive Lounge.
- Communicate with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements
- A warm and welcoming demeanor, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in the hospitality industry, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and motivation.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 10-15kg.
