Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Guest Relations Officer to join our team at Marriott International. As a key member of our Executive Lounge team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our guests have an unforgettable experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare the Executive Lounge for service, ensuring that all areas are clean and well-stocked.
  • Greet guests warmly and bid them farewell, providing a personalized and welcoming experience.
  • Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Monitor and replenish food and beverage items, ensuring that guests have a seamless experience.
  • Complete daily tasks, including restocking and sanitizing the lounge area.
  • Maintain a positive and professional relationship with colleagues and external vendors.
  • Abide by NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol guidelines when serving guests.
  • Provide exceptional service to each guest, responding to their needs and preferences.
  • Inspect and maintain the overall cleanliness and appearance of the Executive Lounge.
  • Communicate with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery.

Requirements

  • A warm and welcoming demeanor, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in the hospitality industry, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and motivation.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 10-15kg.
