Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Guest Relations Officer to join our team at Marriott International. As a key member of our Executive Lounge team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their stay with us is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare the Executive Lounge for service, ensuring a warm and welcoming environment for our guests.
  • Greet guests upon arrival and bid farewell upon departure, providing a personalized and attentive service.
  • Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Monitor and replenish food and beverage items, ensuring a seamless service experience.
  • Complete daily requisitions for food and beverages, ensuring efficient delivery and stock management.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to high standards of hygiene and presentation.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with colleagues and external partners, promoting a collaborative and supportive work environment.
  • Comply with company policies and procedures, ensuring a safe and respectful work environment.
  • Participate in quality assurance initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and contributing to process enhancements.

Requirements

  • A warm and welcoming demeanor, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous experience in the hospitality industry, with a focus on customer service and food and beverage management.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional service, with a commitment to quality and attention to detail.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and motivation.
  • Australian working rights and a valid Responsible Service of Alcohol certification.
