About the Role
This exciting opportunity has arisen for a Debt Recovery Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our collections team, you will be responsible for maximising collections and recovery strategies within assigned portfolios.
You will work closely with customers to negotiate complex disputes, ensuring best outcomes while mitigating exposure. Your ability to prioritise and manage multiple accounts simultaneously will be invaluable in this role.
Key Requirements
- Proven experience in a fast-paced Collections and Recoveries environment is essential for this position.
- Demonstrated background in successful debt collection, mercantile, and legal recoveries across various debt profiles is required.
- A team player with excellent negotiation skills, decision-making abilities, and strong written and verbal communication skills is expected.
- Able to work effectively in a hybrid working arrangement, prioritising tasks, and managing multiple accounts simultaneously.
Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per annum
