Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Finance Operations Manager to join our team in Sydney. As a key member of our finance operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our clients' financial operations.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Client Management: Provide exceptional client service and support to our clients, including regular communication, project management, and issue resolution.
  • Financial Operations: Oversee the financial operations of our clients, including account reconciliation, cash flow management, and financial reporting.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of finance professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and coaching to ensure their success.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Strong Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software, Excel, and other financial systems.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and senior management.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and manage a team of finance professionals.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex financial data and identify trends and opportunities.
Salary Information

The estimated salary for this role is around $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience. This figure is based on industry standards and takes into account the level of responsibility, technical skills, and leadership required for this position.
