Senior Asset Finance Professional

At OPS Garrison Lending Operations Pty Ltd, we're seeking a skilled Senior Asset Finance Professional to drive our business forward. This senior-level role will report directly to our Head of Sales, Brand & Marketing.
The ideal candidate will have experience in Asset Finance and a proven track record of managing broker relationships and meeting/exceeding sales targets.
Your key responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing brokers to increase sales and portfolio size.
- Identify and acquire new broker firms to expand our customer base.
- Collaborate with the Sales team to develop innovative go-to-market strategies and achieve business objectives.
What we're looking for:
- Proven experience in Asset Finance, preferably in a senior-level role.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work at pace.
- A customer-centric approach and strong relationship-building skills.
