About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to partner with cross-functional teams, delivering critical business analysis and defining financial metrics that inform business decision-making. You'll work closely with senior management, providing strategic financial insights and recommendations to drive growth.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and report significant financial and operational metrics, driving insightful business decision-making.
  • Partner with Finance and Sales GTM leaders to drive financial performance and support business initiatives.
  • Deliver timely and accurate executive-level reporting and insights, effectively communicating quarterly variances, risks, and opportunities.
  • Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to senior management, challenging the status quo and driving growth.
  • Effectively work across matrixed organizations, maintaining credibility and positive relationships with key business partners and collaborators.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking a self-starter with excellent communication skills, able to translate data into a compelling story. You'll have a strong analytical mindset, with a proven track record of driving business growth and analytical insights. A Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is required. Minimum 10-12+ years of experience, with GTM or sales finance experience preferred.
