Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Commercial Sales Executive to join our Winning Commercial division. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with architects, designers, builders, and developers to supply our white goods to upcoming and existing projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management
    • Manage and nurture existing commercial client relationships to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
    • Understand clients' business needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Business Development
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive sales growth.
    • Develop and implement strategies to increase market share and revenue.
  • Project Management
    • Define project objectives and deliverables.
    • Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines and resource allocation.
    • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
  • Communication and Reporting
    • Communicate project status, updates, and risks to stakeholders.
    • Conduct regular project meetings and provide progress reports.
  • Quality and Compliance
    • Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
    • Implement quality control processes and conduct necessary testing.

Requirements

  • Account Management and Business Development Skills
    • Proven experience in account management and business development.
    • Ability to understand clients' needs quickly and provide tailored solutions.
  • Industry Knowledge and Network
    • Knowledge of the construction, architecture, appliances, or plumbing industries is an advantage.
  • Organizational and Communication Skills
    • Strong organizational skills and excellent rapport-building skills.
    • Ability to communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Results-Driven Approach
    • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and the ability to meet company KPIs.
