Job Title: Commercial Sales Executive

At Winning Appliances, we're committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth. As a Commercial Sales Executive, you'll play a key role in building and maintaining strong relationships with architects, designers, builders, and developers to supply our white goods to their projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Relationship Management: Nurture and grow existing commercial client relationships to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive sales growth and revenue.
  • Project Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding service to clients, ensuring project objectives and deliverables are met.
  • Communication: Communicate project status, updates, and risks to stakeholders, and conduct regular project meetings and provide progress reports.
  • Quality Control: Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations, and implement quality control processes as needed.
  • Resource Allocation: Allocate resources effectively to maximise project outcomes, and identify and address resource constraints or bottlenecks.
  • Sales Performance: Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet or exceed targets, and stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors.
  • Negotiation: Negotiate and finalise commercial agreements, contracts, and pricing structures with clients, ensuring contracts meet both client expectations and company objectives.
  • Client Education: Educate clients about product features, benefits, and industry best practices, and offer training and support to help clients maximise the value of our offerings.
  • Issue Resolution: Act as a point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and escalations, and resolve client issues promptly and professionally.
Requirements:
  • Account Management and Business Development Skills: Proven experience in account management and business development, with a strong understanding of the construction, architecture, appliances, or plumbing industries.
  • Network and Relationships: Strong network and relationships in the industry, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Organisational Skills: Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong knowledge of the industry, including market trends, competitors, and customer needs.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Google Suite products, including CRM disciplines, and a thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
  • Results-Driven Approach: Self-motivated with a results-driven approach, and the ability to meet company KPIs and sales targets.
