About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Commercial Sales Executive to join our Winning Appliances team. As a key member of our commercial division, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with architects, designers, builders, and developers to supply our white goods to their projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management: Manage and nurture existing commercial client relationships to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive sales growth and revenue.
  • Project Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding service to clients, define project objectives, and develop comprehensive project plans.
  • Sales and Negotiation: Negotiate and finalise commercial agreements, contracts, and pricing structures to meet client expectations and company objectives.
  • Product Knowledge: Educate clients about product features, benefits, and industry best practices to maximise the value of our offerings.
  • Client Support: Act as a point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and escalations, and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Requirements
  • Account Management and Business Development Skills: Proven experience in account management and business development, with a strong understanding of the construction, architecture, and appliances industries.
  • Networking and Communication Skills: Excellent networking and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Organisational and Time Management Skills: Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Industry Knowledge and Certifications: Excellent knowledge of Google Suite products, including CRM disciplines, and a thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
