Corporate Lawyer Position for General Commercial Work

General commercial lawyers are required to undertake a wide range of tasks including stakeholder disputes, regulatory enforcement and investigations, legal compliance risk management, corporate governance, D&O matters, corporate law, commercial and corporate advisory, competition and consumer law, ESG compliance, privacy and cybersecurity, personal property securities act, and corporate finance and secured transactions.

  • Work closely with an established team to develop solutions for business owners and individuals in areas such as regulatory compliance, contract negotiations, and dispute resolution.
  • The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in general corporate and commercial law with a mix of experience in several practice areas, including dealing with regulators, buying and selling businesses, ASX companies, and governance.

Admitted to practice as a lawyer in Australia with minimum 3-6 years PAE. A current Australian Legal Practising Certificate is required. Strong academic transcripts are also necessary.
