Commercial / Corporate Lawyer - Office General Counsel (Legal)

The OGC deals with a wide variety of corporate and commercial arrangements and agreements, regulatory issues and litigation. Your Opportunity
Forming part of the Office of General Counsel team, this role will play a key part in a wide variety of corporate and commercial arrangements and agreements, regulatory issues and litigation by:
- Drafting and negotiating general contracts and commercial agreements
- Reviewing new products and service offerings
- Providing legal advice in relation to tender documents and client service offerings
- Liaising closely with the business and external counsel

- Experience negotiating general commercial contracts
- Exposure to corporate law matters is desirable
- Strong drafting and negotiation skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and experience building relationships with internal clients at all levels
- A proactive and commercial approach to problem solving
Qualifications
You are an admitted lawyer and hold a current practising certificate.
