Corporate & Commercial Lawyer Role

 

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced lawyer to join our impressive Corporate & Commercial practice group, working with Corporate M&A Partner Natalya Hards. The ideal candidate will be engaged in M&A, investment funds, general corporate advice, and transactions, general commercial work, and government and commercial contracting.

 

The role offers direct Partner supervision and support from the wider corporate team, including another Senior Associate and a junior Solicitor resource. Candidates wishing only to work part-time (3+ days per week) are also encouraged to apply.

 

To succeed in this role, you'll ideally have 3+ years PQE minimum. This opportunity is open to Associate, Senior Associate, Special Counsel levels. Previous M&A experience is essential, while investment funds/funds management experience is highly desirable but not essential.
