About the Job Description
  • Ownership: Develop and implement range and merchandising strategies that drive commercial success and customer satisfaction in smaller format stores.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with category deployment teams to ensure consistent delivery of managed categories across all store formats.
  • Leadership: Provide thought partnership and strategic vision to senior leaders, ensuring alignment with broader commercial and retail plans.
  • Innovation: Drive a portfolio of new and existing range and space initiatives from concept to implementation, leveraging data analytics and insights to create value for customers and the business.

What We Are Looking For
  • A minimum of 5 years experience in relevant roles (strategic initiatives, analytics, consulting, or commercial).
  • Bachelor Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or related subject or equivalent professional experience.
  • Proven track record of building and developing high-performing teams across multiple levels.
  • Experience in coaching, empowerment, training, and influencing teams to land meaningful change.
  • Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and analytical capabilities.
