Lead Commercial Growth

This role offers a unique opportunity to lead the development of strategic plans, channel strategies, and pricing initiatives for our portfolio. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for analyzing market trends, customer behavior, and shopper data to identify opportunities for growth.

Key aspects of this role include:

  • Leading strategic planning and prioritization for the portfolio
  • Developing strategies based on category and shopper understanding to drive growth through leadership with major customers
  • Evaluating performance post-launch and identifying areas for improvement
  • Building relationships at all levels within our business to leverage support for strategic direction
  • Collaborating closely with Marketing teams, Sales, Finance, and Supply to drive portfolio recommendations

What We're Looking For

In order to succeed in this position, you will ideally have:

  • Previous sales or category experience in either grocery or OOH channels and extensive commercial capability
  • Demonstrated strategic business planning & implementation skills and strong financial acumen
  • A high-level understanding of the commercial planning process, involvement in the successful execution of sales plans, and experience with data analytics using various sources
  • A solid understanding of insight, trends, and implications that can be applied internally and externally
  • The ability to influence cross-functional teams and strong collaboration is essential
  • Passion to drive growth, category leadership, and celebrate success
